and I've been on this path of self-discovery since around 2016...

Before than, like many, I adopted the same tasks, questions and goals that society offered. I did my best to fulfil all roles and tasks. Both all those that were expected of me and all those that I had set myself.

At some point around 2016, the question arose: where does this conditioning come from that influences my behaviour and direction so much, both positively and negatively?

And so began a journey of discovery and expanding awareness that is more rich, diverse & fulfilling than I could never have imagined. 

There have been many difficult phases in which I really struggled with realisations, but have been many more liberating phases and developments that transformed everyting in a lasting way, leading to today where an expansive sense of being, presence and creation has emerged.

At some point, others began to seek support and advice. Since then, I have been accompanying those who reach out and assiting them on their journey.
